Join a group ride

Join a ride in three steps

1. Open the app and allow location

   RidePack uses your location to surface nearby rides. If you haven't already, grant location permission — see Set up RidePack & check devices.

2. Tap a nearby ride to request to join

   Browse the rides near you and tap the one you want. RidePack sends a request to that ride's owner.

3. Wait for the owner to approve

   The ride owner approves each request. Once you're in, you join the same real-time voice channel as everyone else in the group.

How many riders can join?

There's no fixed cap — RidePack comfortably handles a full club ride. Every rider joins the same real-time channel regardless of how spread out the group gets. Each rider subscribes for themselves; there's no group owner covering the cost for everyone.
