Cloud relay connects Pro subscribers to each other. If a rider without a subscription drifts out of local range, the app will prompt them to get closer or subscribe. When they're back within range, audio resumes automatically for everyone — no action needed. Local voice always works between nearby riders regardless of subscription status.
